Hi, I'm Cassandra.
There was a season in my life when everything felt heavy.
I was burned out, overwhelmed, & creatively disconnected. I needed something that felt peaceful. Something that let me breathe again.
So I started making bracelets.
Not to sell. Not to build a business. Just to sort beads by color, test combinations, & feel calm for a few minutes.
Creating became my therapy. And over time, it became something bigger.
How Pretty Pineapple Bead Was Born
What We're About
Pretty Pineapple Bead is a small-batch, handcrafted jewelry brand rooted in intentional color storytelling.
I design around how color makes you feel, not what's trending this week.
Every piece is assembled by me in my home studio in West St. Paul, Minnesota. I hand-stamp every jewelry card. I choose every bead with balance and emotion in mind. Orders are prepared with care so they feel like a thoughtful gift, not a mass-produced package.
This brand was built on four core values:
Color. I believe color has emotional power. It shifts your mood, boosts your confidence, & reflects who you are in that season of life.
Confidence. My jewelry is designed for women who want to feel expressive & intentional, even in simple outfits.
Creativity. I prioritize artisan intention over fast fashion. These pieces are meant to feel like an extension of your personality, not a temporary trend.
Community. I'm building a space where women feel welcomed, seen, & encouraged to show up boldly.
The Journey So Far
For the first two years, I experimented with techniques, refined my process, & built cohesive collections around color and emotion.
In 2019, I started selling at local craft shows & connecting with the Twin Cities community in person.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, I shifted online. I learned how to build a digital presence, grow my website, & create a colorful community on social media.
By 2021, I was back at craft shows, blending in-person connection with online reach.
In 2022, I introduced the DIY Bead Bar, an interactive experience where guests design their own jewelry from curated beads & charms. It quickly became a favorite at craft shows, & in 2023, I expanded it into private parties for birthdays, girls' nights, & creative gatherings.
Today, the DIY Bead Bar has evolved into a full creative experience. At summer markets, I offer beadable pens & keychains. Private parties include a wider range of projects: bracelets, necklaces, earrings, pens, & keychains. I continue to sell my handcrafted jewelry through my online shop & at in-person markets throughout the Twin Cities area.
